Replace old laundry unit without damaging tiles and wall structure around the space. The old unit has a Width of 620, H865, Depth 460. Tasker to provide materials, fittings, waste pipe if required and sealers to do the job. Check for corrosion and leaks in pipes and traps and replace, if required. New unit is from Bunnings and is 630w870height470depth. Licensed plumber only for this job. Job to be done neatly, carefully and thoroughly. I have attached photos of the old unit and the new unit to be replaced with.

. Hi mate, we’ve got a significant leak upstairs, right next to the bed. The carpet has been wet for the past three days since the heavy rain. I’ve called a plumber to come and take a look. He did a pressure test on the pipes, and there’s no burst pipe. I’m not sure, but I think the water might be penetrating through the top gutter and into the cavity wall all the way down to the carpet. If you have time, please come and help us out.
