new Fridge needs plumbing in

Our toilet has a slow leak between the cistern to the pan. Appears to be with the connection of the flush pipe to the cistern, as there is obvious traces of water on that part of the connection. The Pan Cone Rubber is also damaged, and should be replaced as well. Note: The thread is exposed as I wanted to take off the flush pipe, but found it too tight on the bend to remove. Worried thread might be an issue as well.

Hot tub is deflating and leaking water

We have a small ensuite which needs renovating. We have room to extend the bathroom by ~1m in length, requiring new stud wall.
