Earlier this year a plumber replaced our shower heads in both of our bathrooms. Since that time, hot water flow to the shower heads has been later. The same plumber remove flow inhibitors from the shower head which increased flow somewhat but not to the previous level. That plumber has now left the business, and as winter has come, hot water flow is not sufficient, particularly in the main bedroom shower. We'd like to see if there's a solution within the current framework to increasing hot water flow.

Need to fix the leaking toilet (it just leaks a little bit) and change the tap in the bathroom.

Someone available now. Gas needs to be re lit by handyman or person. It is very easy it has instructions inside panel it takes 40 seconds to re light. See photo.

I have some plumbing work at a granny flat. Scope. Fit off (product supplied) kitchen mixer Toilet basin mixer Bathroom basin mixer Bath hot/cold spindles and spout Shower rail, head, and spindles Disconnect existing gas hot water storage heater and remove from site. Supply and install new electric hot water storage heater (need you to supply 125L). Cap off gas from granny flat. So far we have disconnected and removed existing gas cooktop but please cap off at valve in cupboard next to oven. Please quote on this. Must be for this Monday 7am. Quote separately for supply electric hot water 125L unit (I will pay for this directly).

Connect dishwasher to power and water. No removal of old dishwasher needed.

Need a plumber/handyman to move the taps and pipes in the image to below the sink/cabinet. We will cut out the holes in wall to make inspection of the current pipes easy for you.

Plumber needed to install new laundry sink and tap. Sink is already cut out in benchtop, but tap needs cut out. Install new valve and splitter for water to sink and washing machine. Seal/silicone as needed Benchtop is laminate.

Need to replace 1 x laundry tap connected to washing machine. Tap will be provided Would need to move washing machine to install tap.

Remove existing bathroom mirrors and vanities on legs. Install 2 x shaving cabinets and 2 x vanities on legs. Also install 6 × taps and 1 x bath spout.

Vanity and associated plumbing to be re done and old vanity and waste to be disposed off. Please include quote with materials to be supplied. Kindly note that this is a 900W vanity

Replace toilet paper holder, install towel hook, replace toilet seat cover, fix screen door hinges, replace shower heads

I only have hot and cold isolation valves under the laundry sink for the mixer, and there is no washing machine connection point.
