Replace existing kitchen mixer tap to a 3-way mixer to move our above-bench water filter system (eSpring) to under-bench. This will involve inserting a shut-off valve after the mains water tap for the 1/4 inch diverted to go directly into the water filtration machine. I have the new tap (in box with instructions) and the valve.
Chris was wonderful to work with. He was communicative, punctual, explained what I needed to do for the last part of the job I was able to do myself to connect the accessory I needed when the connectors arrived. And he left the space clean and tidy! I’ll absolutely use Chris again, when we sort out the install of an outdoor tap etc. I absolutely recommend!

We have noticed that when our water tank is empty that flushing of toilets etc does not automatically divert to town water. There is no diverting switch/ tap. We live in a duplex and our adjoining duplex neighbour reported the same issue. We require a plumber to create a diverting mechanism in situations where the water tank is empty.
