Existing system is an older Dux Proflo electric storage unit, approximately 80L / 2.4kW. The tank has rusted through at the bottom and failed. I’m looking preferably for one person who can handle the entire job themselves: - Attend and assess the current installation - Identify a suitable like-for-like or compatible replacement - Source and collect the replacement unit locally - Disconnect and remove the old system - Install/connect the new system - Complete the electrical reconnection if required - Test and commission everything I’m happy to pay the supplier directly for the new unit once you identify the correct model, or reimburse exact material cost against receipts. I’m specifically looking for the simplest compliant replacement, reusing the existing setup wherever it can legitimately be reused rather than automatically rebuilding all pipework. Access is straightforward. Please only offer if you can complete the full job tomorrow. In your offer, please mention your experience with electric storage hot-water systems, whether you can handle both the plumbing and electrical side yourself, and whether you can collect the replacement unit.
