Find an experienced plumber in North Perth

I would please like someone to help install a basin waste. It’s a pedestal style basin. The trick is there isn’t a heap of room to move with the way that the plumbing is laid out. I am happy to provide the waste unit (I’d go to Bunnings to get a universal pop up one), but if you have one already I’m happy to talk about you supplying it. Let me know if you have any queries.

Down pipe elbow has been damaged due to someone reversing into it. Needs to be replaced Happy to provide the elbow, if someone can just install it

A couple of years ago I got an airtasker to plumb in the water / ice dispenser on my fridge. They connected it under my kitchen sink. Since then , I only get very hot water in the kitchen sink / if I turn the tap to cold it reduces the water to a trickle. It only affects the kitchen sink The dishwasher is also hooked up under the sink but it always has been and did not cause an issue. I’m in an apartment in west perth but we have free visitor parking in the building so you can easily park on site. Can anyone help out ?

Leaking shower head in my bathroom. Tap is a “quarter turn tap”. Been here 2 years and not sure on details of the tap beyond that. I have tried to fix myself by attempting to replace the washers on the tap but I am stuck at getting the tap spindle out of the wall at all. I don’t have correct tool to remove it.
