I need someone to come out and look at all leak thats has been happening for a few months now. I need someone qualified with an ABN and Insurance. The leak seems to either be inside the wall from the breacher or possibly a hairline crack from the grout but unsure will wait for a professional opinion. Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to repair several tap issues before my house goes on the market. Work required: * Repair 4 sets of taps that are leaking. * Most leaks appear to be from worn spindle O-rings/seals, with: * Some leaking from around the spindle. * Some leaking from under the chrome base/flange. * Shower tap spindle may need extending as it sits too far back in the wall. * Bath tap requires an attachment/adaptor so the chrome cover/base can screw back on correctly. * Check all taps and replace any required O-rings, washers or spindle assemblies as needed to stop all leaks. I’m looking for someone with experience repairing older style taps who can supply any small parts required. Please quote including labour and advise if any additional parts are likely to be needed.

We would like to have a mixer tap repaired or replaced, hopefully just replace the cartridge in it. Also we would like the pop-up waste in the wash basin and bath swapped out for a regular old style drain and plug. The bath is free standing and can be moved easily. Got two new shower heads and need a handyperson to install them

Just got new washing machine but they couldn't install because the end of the hose is too chunky to fit with the current tap configuration. The valve needs to be rotated so that it can fit. Washing machine not in position to make access easier so will need to be repositioned about ten metres. I have a little trolley to assist with this.

found my water tank tap is leaking. Need someone to fix it. Please let me know your quote and methods. The leak is between the black connector and the water tank surface. If I push the tap towards the water tank a little bit, the leakage gets smaller.
