Water is leaking out of the base of the toilet

Water is leaking in around the tap base and then going under the sink and damaging the cupboard carcass. The tap needs to be resealed. As well the sealer around the sink is getting water under it and needs replacing.

Need a qualified plumber to replace kitchen single tap mixer.

Swap out storage hot water system. Existing is operating, need to decommission the old and connect the new reusing existing parts where possible. I am getting a new stone island bench top installed and need a plumber to disconnect the mixer and the kitchen sink and pipes on the 24th June and reinstalled on 27th June. The reinstall may require some additional plumbing as a different sink is going in (installing an under mount sink).

Looking to replace the sink and mixer. Need some assistance on best options as I have no idea what can be done. Current sink is 490x490 mm Option 1: replace with new sink (same size as current) and new mixer. Would need advice on which ones to buy to make sure they are suitable. Option 2: ideally would love to get a square sink with draining part on the side. I have been told that I can’t do this as you can’t buy a sink bigger than the current sink?. I’m willing to get a stonemason in to cut stone if it’s possible to do this. Again would need advice on what size sink I can buy for this. Please submit offers and advise if you can help! Thanks!
