The tap at kitchen sink has an arm which has come apart from the base so water squirts from base instead of arm.

Have replaced bench top and sink and need to plumb in the waste as the holes don’t match due to new sink - need done today!!

The mains pipe to the cistern is leaking and the cistern won’t shut off the water when full. You have to turn the water off at the wall behind the toilet otherwise it’ll overflow into the toilet.

Sewer at the house has roots in it. Have had it 'cleared' a couple of times but appears to be reoccurring and have one quote. Would like a second opinion to be sure. The house is at Lisarow on the Central Coast.
