My mixer tap got water leakage. Need to be fixed. Not sure if the mixer cartridge is right, if not can you provide a good one pls.

Kitchen tap spout end aerator filter broken, causing water to spray, need replacement.

Shower leaking from one of the corners - I've applied waterproof tape with no luck. I think it might required removed the current silicon sealant and reapply? Time is flexible from 26th April onwards (and before 9th July) at Toowong. Happy to negotiate on the cost of this depending what needs to be done.

The shower is leaking even when the tap is fully closed. Water keeps dripping from the showerhead. I’ve already purchased a new tap in case it needs to be replaced. Just need someone with plumbing experience to check and either fix the leak (possibly replace the washer) or install the new tap if needed. Recently ripped up carpet to restore our floor boards and discovered a leak into our hallway everytime the shower is on, have re sealed the shower and still leaking!

Shower is leaking. Tried to replace the washers myself, but there seems to be silicone encased around the taps. Please replace the washers in both taps to stop the leaking shower and check why the silicone was there in the first place. It might also need to replaced if there is a secondary leak.

I have a shower that requires the wall tiles regrouting (epoxy) and sealing to prevent water escape. I would also like the floor tiles in the bathroom regrouted (epoxy) and sealing to prevent water issues. More details in the photos.

Need to possibly replace washer(s) in the water shower tap(s) to stop shower leaking. Need to remove seal and re seal with silicone afterwards. Have replaced the shower head with new shower head so that is definitely not the problem.

Toilet flush water tank creates a vacuum/ suction sound while re-filling the water after use. Refer the photos for further details. Tried cleaning with Vinegar and bleaching power but no use. Any plumbing expert who can explain the reason and fix this? we are okay to replace any parts if required, but no trial and error/ experimenting please. I have a video that I captured to show the noise that gets created but I am not able to upload here. Looks like uploading video is not allowed in Airtasker. I can share directly though.

I’m looking for someone to help unblock our toilet at our place. We believe the blockage was caused by paper towels being flushed down while cleaning the toilet with cleaning products. Hi All, I Need a quote for below wor, I was provided a quote but it was very expensive so I am adding details what was included in quote We have been asked to provide a quote to repair the toilet and leaking water tank hose. To remove the inlet valve. To supply and install 1 x inlet valve and 1 x outlet washer. To replace the water service to the toilet with 1 x stainless steel braided hose. To leave the area in a clean and tidy condition. To remove the stainless steel braided hose to the water tank. To supply and install 1 x stainless steel braided hose.

Task 1- Toilet isn’t filling with water and requires fixing. I attached a photo of the toilet. Task 2- Gas oven requires disconnecting from the kitchen area. Photos attached.

The water keeps trickling and I have a feeling it is the outlet valve. I have already replaced the inlet valve recently, but the problem is still ongoing. Looking to have someone supply and replace the outlet value in the cistern. Also wanting the shower taps reseated Located in Adina Apartments - there is contractor parking if you see reception first, or 10 minute parking out the front. I have parked there longer than 10 mins numerous times without issues.
