Periodic blocked drain the bathroom vanity. Completed Drain Clean twice but have not had much luck.

Need a leaking hose repaired and a leaking pipe cut, replaced with a cut off valve.

Have a leaking pipe which will need to be cut and repaired with cut off valve abd irrigation hose which is also leaking.

I have a 90 degree piece of gutter that goes into the downpipe which is leaking badly and needs resealing at the joint. Also a couple other leaks in the gutter.
