Hi, My kitchen sink need to replace, it has water damage on side.

Single level house need following: - gutters clean - gutter guard - carry out repairs/ replacements of existing stormwater down pipes located in backyard and pipe work. - carry out high pressure water jetting and CCTV of stormwater drainage line to ensure stormwater is flowing away and to inspect current condition of stormwater line. - Cut in inspection point in front down pipe to locate stormwater line as front down pipe is rusted and full of roots - existing basin trap is leaking into the vanity, Supply and Install new waste trap to suit existing wall basin

Should be a quick job I hope. At the moment I have a Storm water PVC pipe that is connected to an existing stormwater pit. I want to connect to the exposed PVC pipe another pit perhaps using a T section. I will then connect myself two Ag pipes to the pit that will run along the side of my house to help with drainage issues. cost of Labour I can pay for parts on top of that.
