We have an ongoing issue where our kitchen tap gradually loses water pressure and flow over time. When the tap is replaced, pressure is fine initially, but the problem returns after 18–24 months. Additional details: • Issue affects both hot and cold • Hot water often won’t trigger the Rinnai gas system unless another tap is running • Hot water system is approx 10 years old • System has never been flushed • Suspect sediment, scale, pressure, or supply restriction upstream, rather than the tap itself Looking for a licensed plumber to: • Inspect taps and supply lines • Check water pressure and flow • Assess hot water system and need for flushing • Recommend a permanent fix to prevent recurrence Please quote including inspection and advice.
