I’m taking out an old shower base and replacing with a new one. Existing drain and new drain hole aren’t lining up. You’ll need to cut into concrete and chisel out, to move pipe over a bit - to line up with the new shower base’s hole. See pics Need done ASAP Shower base ready to be installed Geelong west unit

Putting down a pre-made shower base. The drain doesn’t line up with the drain in the shower base. Concrete slab will need to be cut and jackhammered to move the pipe and align the drains. It’s just sand sitting around the current drain so I can be cleared out. Small unit in geelong west. Need done asap

Need 1x breech set installed in the wall for shower taps ready for tiling 2x hot and cold lugged elbows in the wall ready for tiling And 1x breech set in the laundry chased in wall ready for tiling Job needs to be completed before Thursday midday Certificate not required

Take out old tap and install new tap

Need to close gas flow to empty hose.

Disconnect the top roof catchment and redivert via a pvc drain; Cut a new pop into the gutter system; Install a new 65 mm pvc drain and connect into the existing stormwater; Install a retro fit overflow provision to the flat roof gutter to prevent overflow into the house - Due date: Flexible

Hi all The tap spindles in our shower are leaking. Apparently the shower rose is also leaking. It has caused damage to the walls, doors, skirts etc. We put in an insurance quote which was declined. Seeking: 1. the taps and spindles to be replaced (a hole was cut out of the plaster through which I am hoping they can be replaced) and ensure there are no further leaks anywhere. 2. A written expert opinion as to what caused the damage to the walls (ie whether it was predominantly the leaking spindles or whether it was instead worn grout and silicone).
