Quotes requested for leaky bathroom faucet. Taps both leak when water is running. Hot water is leaking more than the Cold water tap. Cold water tap hard to turn. Middle faucet part pops up when water is running too fast. Also noticed toilet has a leak whenever someone flushes the toilet it drips. Pics included.
