Toilet seat has come off need fixed

Toilet is blocked and water cleaning slowly after flushing.

When toilet is flushed, i can see the water leaking out from the joint between the wall and the toilet. Need to fix that leak.

The toilet is clogging frequently. I use plunger last two time when it was clogged. I need plumber service to look into the actual problem causing the issue through CCTV and if required high pressure clean. I also suspect a tree root on the side of the house could be the reason.
