$250 plus tap cost Looking for a licensed/registered plumber to supply and replace our existing kitchen pull-out mixer tap. Current tap is a single-hole pull-out kitchen mixer — photo attached. I’d prefer the plumber to supply a compatible replacement so there are no issues with sizing/fittings. Happy to pay for a good-quality chrome pull-out mixer from a reputable brand such as Caroma, Phoenix, Methven or similar — not looking for the cheapest generic option. I have a slow leak from my kitchen sink mixer tap. The leak appears to be coming from the base of the mixer where it meets the benchtop (see attached photos). I initially thought it might be a worn washer, O-ring or cartridge. I purchased the necessary tools and attempted to investigate it myself after speaking with Bunnings, but once I started dismantling it I realised it was beyond my DIY ability. Rather than risk damaging the mixer, I've decided to have it repaired professionally. I'm looking for someone who can: -Diagnose the exact source of the leak. -Repair the existing mixer if possible. -Replace the washer, O-rings, seals or cartridge if required. -Only recommend replacing the entire mixer if it is genuinely beyond economical repair. -Check the flexible hoses and under-sink plumbing while onsite. -Test everything before leaving to ensure the leak has been fixed.

Hi all I want to upgrade these tap to the single mixer tap.

Need to replace a mixer tap, two shut-off valves, two pressure limiting valves and other water supply lines heading up to the tap/to the dishwasher. We don't think we need to replace the sink or any of the drainage, but if it's necessary that's fine. We don't currently have any parts or a replacement tap because we don't want to buy something with compatibility problems. We can buy them ourselves or reimburse you. Budget is for the labour, parts are in addition.

My shower tap keeps leaking water

Need to have a vulcan quasar flued gas wall furnace removed including the flue and taken away. From memory the gas has already been capped. I do have spare roof tiles. Single level unit. Also need my leaking shower fixed too, can't work out if it's both the hot and cold or just one of them but would prefer both to be looked at and sorted. Would prefer a licensed and insured plumber for the jobs.

Appears that float switch is leaking. It is in an in wall cistern. See attached picture where you can see the thin jet of water shooting out the side. Task would be to repair the leak.
