My kitchen sink is draining to an enlarged pipe in my backyard under my deck. I believe that is called drain raiser/Screwfix. That pipe is overflowing. That inspection point is accessible. I need someone to clear the drain urgently. It might require jet blasting and plumbing should be equipped with that.

Task 1 The toilet smells swear gas. It seems the wex seal is cracked. The plumber needs to remove the existing toilet, repair the cracked seal, and reinstall it. He needs to supply the required wax seal and clear silicon seal while reinstalling the toilet. At the same time he needs to re-adjust the height of the water level at the water storage tank. Task 2 I have a leaky basin tap at the same toilet. Plumber needs to fix the leak by supplying and changing the cartridge. Moreover, he also needs to tighten the treaded drain pipe at the bottom of the basin (vanity area) as it leaks when basin overflows. Task 3 Kitchen sink drain strainer flange is loosely fitted. It needs to be tightend. Note: I have carpet at staircase and corridor towards the toilet.
