I am after a plumber to assist. The toilet is blocked, when I flush the water fills up the bowl and then very slowly goes down.

My restock controller is broken. I've bought a replacement of the exact same model and just need them switching over/set up. A general check up of the retick at the same time to make sure all working well and spraying in the right directions (don't foresee any problems with the retick). - Due date: Before Thursday, 23rd Dec 2021

Sprinkler snapped off and thread left stuck in the pipe. I have the new sprinkler, but need some help getting the old thread out.

After changing washers in both the hot and cold taps, the cold tap is now leaking from under the tap. New spindles purchased but not long enough. Extension required.

There seem to be an issue with our dishwasher and we suspect it may be the connecting pipes. Could we please have someone out to have a look? :)

I have a down the hole bore which is okay. My retic is comprised of 6 stations. My problem apperas appears that some of the valves/solenoids have failed. Presumably leaving some valves open, and now and I can't get enough water to operate any of the stations individually. My controller is indicating an error on one of the stations, but this has been the case for many months. Something has finally given up.

One sprinkler has snapped off and connecting pipe partially broken off too. Needs pipe fix and new sprinkler head.
