Hot water is sputtering when it hasn't been used for a few hours, this is across multiple facets. It gets better slightly after running for 20s, but still splutters. The cold water is fine. The water in all or the sinks are also slow to drain.

Install 2 shower heads, 1 towel rail and a toilet paper roll holder. Also Install a mirror on the wall. If possible, I also need to have to change 2 exhaust fan (bathroom and laundry).
