Hot water is sputtering when it hasn't been used for a few hours, this is across multiple facets. It gets better slightly after running for 20s, but still splutters. The cold water is fine. The water in all or the sinks are also slow to drain.

Install 2 shower heads, 1 towel rail and a toilet paper roll holder. Also Install a mirror in the wall. If possible, I also need to have to change 2 exhaust fan (bathroom and laundry).

copper pipes on Water meter have been bent over and meter has been driven into ground and copper pipes need replacing. a separate front garden tap also has bent copper pipe that needs replacing.

I had a water leakage a few weeks ago, which caused gib damage and bubbling on the wall. The builder I bought the house from has delayed investigating the issue. I need someone to inspect the damage and identify the source of the problem.

Hi, I need help with a couple of plumbing issues: Kitchen Sink – It's currently blocked. Water is not draining properly and seems to be clogged. Bathroom Sink – It’s semi-blocked. The water is flowing slowly and might have something inside restricting full flow. Tap Swap – One set of tap tops has been installed incorrectly — the hot water tap is on the cold side and the cold water tap is on the hot side. I'd like them swapped to the correct positions. Please bring any tools necessary for inspection and repair. Let me know your availability. Thanks!

The shower tap is broken. The water keeps dripping down. It’s an older tap so there isn’t a screw in the middle of the taps. Need it replaced asap. I already have the new tap
