Lay a drain pipe connecting backyard to existing council drain pipe going underground through middle of the street in front of the house. Existing drain only connects house top to a drain opening on road but backyard level it seems little bit lower than the road drain opening. Price is totally negotiable ignore the quoted price.

My electric hot water system can’t make hot water, the hot water circuit was shut down this afternoon and I have pull up the circuit but hot water seems not come out, need an electrician to diagnose the problem first and give suggestions to solve the problem. Having drainage and flooding issue on our property. Old drainage system no longer working. Needs problem solving and new system installed.

This is urgently required by tomorrow (01/01/2021). We have water leaking in the bathtub. Most likely it is just the washer that needs replacing for the hot water tap.
