Old house with old drainage needing upgraded. I have attached a photo with the following work labelled: B: unblock existing earthenware that runs 28m from point B to street (or install new pipe) A: install gutter and down pipe on patio roof (8.1m wide) and run down-pipe into earthenware B. Gutters and down pipes must be in similar style to rest of house. C: down pipe currently drains straight on to lawn. Redirect to a proper drain located underneath house at front of house, same side of house. D: down pipe on other side of house (can’t be seen in picture). Same current situation as C. Redirect this into earthenware B, less than 1m away. Looking for someone who can confidently get the job done right away with no fuss. Happy to provide any measurements you need - just ask below.
