Hi, We have had 15 oyster lights removed in our apartment and down lights put in. There are also some bumps on the ceiling from where I stuck some balloons above the dining table. We would like the ceiling plastered where the oyster lights are (and if needed where the stickers were) and then the ceiling of the apartment (approximately 105 m2) painted white. Jobs 1 and 2 are simple. Fill the holes with plaster and then paint over. Job 3 is more complex. Cut out the gyprock (may be fire rated gyprock, am not sure), replace-gyprock that square, plaster and paint. We will provide paint. Other materials provided by you.

I need to have a large area 1200x400 plastered. this will need to be patched with ply or similar and then plastered over or similar to match the wall.

Fix holes in gyprock behind TV (2 x Power Points to be filled in) and some nail holes. Also one Large Power Point to be filled in and one small hole on a ceiling where a downlight use to be. All pretty small patches (4 small ones in total) plus some small nail holes. You provide the materials to complete the job.

I recently had my bathroom renovated however the tiled area above the sink is now sitting lower than it previously had, so the steel window is exposed showing the old rusted metal. I have an original plaster cornice that is starting to come loose. the cornice is intact, however needs to be fixed back into place. Scope of Work: • Cut a neat 1m channel into brick wall (approx. 20–25mm wide, 20–25mm deep). • Supply and install PVC conduit for the wires • Secure conduit with saddles/clips inside channel. • Patch and render back over channel so the wall is flush and ready for paint.
