Need to drop ceiling 30cm I want new gyprock ceiling 100sqm beauty salon

I have an original plaster cornice that is starting to come loose. the cornice is intact, however needs to be fixed back into place. I want to keep the cornice as its original and matching the rest of the house. House is in Surry Hills 2010, Im not sure what sort of trade I need to do this, maybe a plasterer? Would love this done this week before it comes down or breaks under the flexion thanks so much. Photos attached.

Hi - I am getting a new light fittings and need the ceiling plastered as the new light is smaller. Electricians have disconnected the wiring in preparation. Does not require painting.

We removed sliding door wardrobes in two bedrooms and cut the gyprock 30 cm higher in one room and 20cm higher in the other room. We need the cut part of the wardrobes patched and plastered before the new ones get installed on 7 October. We will paint once you are finished.
