I am looking for a professional art hanging specialist to hang 6 items in a Victorian terrace house. The walls are a mix of original sandstone and hard plaster over brick, so you will need a hammer/SDS drill and appropriate masonry fixings. The items include: 1 x Extra Large Picture: (Lightweight, but large dimensions) 1 x Medium Mirror: (Requires secure mounting) 4 x Medium Pictures: (Standard frames. Must bring your own professional-grade hardware. Must have experience with heritage/sandstone walls to avoid cracking the plaster.

I'm looking to get 1 full gyprock wall on the left and to repair gyprock on left hand side where the kitchen and backsplash is getting demolished. The room is 7.4 length by 2.9 tall On that same kitchen gyprock wall I want two shelfs cut into the wall to make shelfs like in the pictures. One can be big and dome shaped as In so inspo and one smaller and rectangle shaped 1x1.5 m where the basin is.

Gyprocker to base coat and top coat existing ceiling water damage

Looking for an experienced TV installer to wall mount my 55” LG OLED TV in my apartment. TV model: LG OLED55B5PSA Important details: TV is to be mounted in a wall nook that is approx. 158cm wide I would like the TV centred in the nook Preferred height is around 95–100cm from floor to bottom of TV I’d prefer a slim tilting mount I do not need cables concealed in the wall Important note: The wall sounds hollow when knocked on, so I think it may be plasterboard/drywall rather than concrete. I have permission from my real estate agent to mount the TV, but I want it done properly and safely. I have not bought the mount yet because I want advice on the correct bracket/fixings for this wall type. Please quote only if you have experience mounting TVs on plasterboard/drywall walls and can either: advise exactly what mount I should buy, or supply the correct mount/fixings as part of the job I’ll attach photos of the wall/nook and surrounding area.

The Issue: The cat pulled the blind, causing the bracket screws to rip through the drywall. The original mounting holes are now quite large and crumbled, so they will need heavy-duty anchors (like SnapToggles or Toggle Bolts) to be reinstalled securely. Task includes: Removing the remaining blind/bracket from the ceiling. Patching/filling the damaged drywall area. Re-mounting the bracket using heavy-duty anchors that can handle downward weight. Popping the roller blind back into place. Requirements: Please bring your own ladder and heavy-duty drywall anchors (SnapToggles preferred). I have photos of the damage attached. Located in Rosebery. I have a section of wall outside my laundry cupboard that has been damaged by humidity from the dryer. The paint has bubbled and the wall underneath is now soft/spongy, so I believe the gyprock needs to be cut out and replaced (not just patched over). This is located next to a light switch. Scope of work: - Cut out the damaged section of gyprock - Install new plasterboard patch (with proper backing) - Tape, joint, sand, and smooth the surface - Prime and repaint to match existing wall (we'll supply the paint) Important: This has been caused by moisture, so I need a proper fix rather than a surface patch I can send more photos if needed.

I have a mirror that I would like hung on the wall. I have attempted to do this myself previously, but could never get the screws in. I had a tv mount installed and the tech advised that the wall is brick and not just plasterboard as previously thought. I do not have the correct drill or bit to complete this myself, so you will need to provide your own. Thank you!
