There’s one larger section of drywall that needs patching, along with a couple of smaller nail/screw holes that need filling and smoothing. Looking for a neat finish ready for painting. Prefer someone who has the tools and materials or can advise what’s needed beforehand so we keep things simple and cost-effective. The drywall will need to be in line with the existing drywall on the lower third of each surface and finished ready for painting. The images below indicate the job areas. After changing the location of our ceiling fans we have a small hole in the gyprock ceiling from a previous install. Wish to have this patched and fixed up. The hole is about 4 inches or less wide.

Remove non-weight-bearing wall and build a new section of wall (gyprock) and remove one built in wardrobe and one cabinet.

Hi I need someone to remove and close a 45x45cm man-hole in the ceiling. Need to give a fresh paint arround after. It was just plastered and that hole closed with a man-hole as mistakes.

We need to have a 2.1m half wall plaster repaired at the edges and raised by about 5 cm, so it lines up with our kitchen cabinets for the upcoming stone benchtop installation

Jobs 1 and 2 are simple. Fill the holes with plaster and then paint over. Job 3 is more complex. Cut out the gyprock (may be fire rated gyprock, am not sure), replace-gyprock that square, plaster and paint. We will provide paint. Other materials provided by you.

I need gyprock installed to the lower third of an exposed brick wall to prepare the wall for installation of wainscotting. The section of wall to be covered is 270*90cm You will need to include all materials in the quote.

I have an original plaster cornice that is starting to come loose. the cornice is intact, however needs to be fixed back into place. I want to keep the cornice as its original and matching the rest of the house. House is in Surry Hills 2010, Im not sure what sort of trade I need to do this, maybe a plasterer? Would love this done this week before it comes down or breaks under the flexion thanks so much. Photos attached.

Scope of Work: • Cut a neat 1m channel into brick wall (approx. 20–25mm wide, 20–25mm deep). • Supply and install PVC conduit for the wires • Secure conduit with saddles/clips inside channel. • Patch and render back over channel so the wall is flush and ready for paint. Happy to do the painting myself :-) • Finish should match existing wall as close as possible please (smooth render, not a lumpy patch job).
