Gyprock broken from a shelf being knocked in ensuite so needs repair, repaint & rehang sml shelf. Clothes dryer put on wall in laundry not sure if we have correct brackets. Fly screen on laundry door needs replacing. Solar panels need cleaning.

Looking for a skilled handyman, bricklayer, or plasterer to remove an old wall air conditioner and patch up the resulting openings on a ground-floor wall. JOB DETAILS: 1. Wall AC Unit: - Plugs into a nearby power point (NOT hard-wired). Just slide out and remove. - Hole needs to be bricked up externally and internally, then plastered. 2. Former Gas Heater Space (Two Openings): - Opening 1: Small internal brick cavity approx. 1 brick wide x 2 bricks high. - Opening 2: Small internal opening approx. 90mm x 90mm. - Draft/Flue Requirement: The old roof flue is un-capped at the bottom and bringing in cold air. Please pack/seal the base of this flue securely to stop the internal wall cavity draft before bricking. MATERIALS & ACCESS: - Ground floor with very easy access. - I HAVE SUPPLIED: All external face bricks and internal backing bricks for the holes. - WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE: Matching mortar, insulation/draft-stop material for the flue, and internal plaster/patching compound. - FINISH: All interior brick patches must be rendered/plastered over, flushed completely level with the surrounding wall surface, and sanded smooth ready for paint (no gyprock sheets). - DISPOSAL: I will keep the AC unit and handle all waste/rubble disposal myself. Looking for an experienced plasterer to finish our walk-in pantry and get the walls and ceiling flat, smooth and ready for painting. The room has been stripped back as part of a renovation and is approximately: • 1850mm long • 1820mm wide • 2400mm high Photos show the current condition. We’d like the existing walls/ceiling and areas around the newly opened doorway properly prepared and plastered as required, including filling/patching, stopping and sanding to achieve a smooth, paint-ready finish. Small repair to compression dint in plaster on wall.

Looking for a plasterer to repair several cracks in a plasterboard ceiling around a downlight. Some cracking has opened up and will likely need proper patching and re-setting rather than a simple fill. Please provide a quote and availability. Photos attached. I had some work done and now I need someone to replaster/repaint the ceiling.

Damage to ceiling gyprock due to an accident several months ago. Scope of work needed: Remove the protective sheeting. Prepare and Clean the ceiling framing. Supply and Install new 10 mm thick ceiling grade plasterboard in approx. 12 m2. Cut holes x 3 for ceiling downlights into new gyprock sheet. Back block edge joints. Fill, Tape and Flush the abutting edges. Sand over the applied fillers ready for painting.

Repair some nail holes make surface good and paint over (supplied) Paint one wall, repair minor damage to two internal doors, make good and paint.

Hole in plaster wall requires repairing, approximately 30cm in diameter. Re-painting not required.

Preparing home for rent. Require filling and spot/blend painting 9-10 screw holes in a plaster wall. Paint and selleys no more gaps (dulux natural white) already purchased. Happy to use/pay for other materials if better suited to the job. One hole as pictured has a plastic screw housing which is stuck as the thread has been stripped.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

A towel rail has pulled out of the bathroom wall, causing the plasterboard to bulge and crack. I have already removed the rail, but the old anchors are still in the wall. ​Requirements: ● ​Remove two old metal wall anchors. ​Cut back the bulging plaster, fill, and sand flush. ● ​Paint the patched area. ● ​Securely reinstall the towel rail using heavy-duty anchors (e.g., hollow wall anchors or toggles) so it doesn’t pull out again. ​Location: Angle Vale. We need to cut off the plaster wall from this pantry to make space for double door fridge. The wall is not bearing and house was built in 2000. Patching and repainting to finish.
