Need to fix the single carport ceiling which is approximately 3metre wide x 6 metres long. The house is 28years old as the carport is exposed to outside weather like wind and cold gyprock ceiling have cracks at joining areas and have bubbles formed. So someone with experience with gyprock and painting may need to have a look at the pictures and suggest and quote to fix this ceiling before it gets worse.

We have a solid brick home, and the exterior wall has been rendered and painted. We have then installed a new larger window. The edging of the brick/plaster/render needs tidying up where it was cut out. I assume that it needs filling, rendering and then painting. We will supply the render mix and the paint to match wall colour. I’ve got grey tube of builders concrete. Tools and any other filler materials required to be provided or advised in quote info. Nothing is required on the interior. Sides and underneath marble bar required to be completed as part of task as well as any rendering left/top/right Thank you!

Three bits of plastering needed - have done some DIY in places and got sick of it. 😅 1 - bathroom upper walls, 2 - half of wall approx 165 x 165cm, 3 - partial spot in kitchen approx 110 x 75cm.

Preparing home for rent. Require filling and spot/blend painting 9-10 screw holes in a plaster wall. Paint and selleys no more gaps (dulux natural white) already purchased. Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Seeking a professional plasterer who can undertake the following: 1. Supply,paint and install skirting piece to match current (as seen in photo). 2. Plaster the wall to patch holes from cavity left by wall mounted heater. 3. Paint both skirting and wall to match. Includes supplying small quantity of paint. 4. Optional if skilled. Patch the carpet in front, happy to take from a wardrobe. 5. Touch up other downlighting with the same paint where LEDs have been installed (as pictured). 5 total. Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

A towel rail has pulled out of the bathroom wall, causing the plasterboard to bulge and crack. I have already removed the rail, but the old anchors are still in the wall. ​Requirements: ● ​Remove two old metal wall anchors. ​Cut back the bulging plaster, fill, and sand flush. ● ​Paint the patched area. ● ​Securely reinstall the towel rail using heavy-duty anchors (e.g., hollow wall anchors or toggles) so it doesn’t pull out again. ​Location: Angle Vale. I need someone to replaster a wall and then re hang the clothing rail that has come down

I need a someone very handy to fix our gyprocking. One is a dodgily patched ceiling left over from a flue (40x40cm). Two spots above door (caused by house movement) and kitchen ceiling as shown in photos.
