Plaster ceiling in garage dropping/ sagging in the middle. Need help to be secure it back in place.

I'm looking for someone that can do plastering and tiling around a window frame after I recently had a new window installed and it's left some gaps to be filled. The tiling will need to be cut to size to make it look neat and tidy. I have spare tiles but you would need to bring all other materials. After completion I will be painting the kitchen walls. There's a punch in a plasterboard wall. Needs fixing and re painting the area. Not sure if we have the paint.

Seal and patch gyprock so the surface looks smooth and paint the repaired area so it matches the rest of the wall. Paint will be supplied.

I am moving out of a property and need to fix up some issues with the walls and ceiling. I have the paint already. 1. Remove TV brackets from the wall, repair any holes and paint 2. Fix where towel rack is coming off the wall 3. We had the ceilings painted but there was an additional smoke alarm that has since been removed so there’s a circle that needs painting over where the smoke detector was I have the paint leftover from when we decorated

Damage to ceiling gyprock due to an accident several months ago. Scope of work needed: Remove the protective sheeting. Prepare and Clean the ceiling framing. Supply and Install new 10 mm thick ceiling grade plasterboard in approx. 12 m2. Cut holes x 3 for ceiling downlights into new gyprock sheet. Back block edge joints. Fill, Tape and Flush the abutting edges. Sand over the applied fillers ready for painting.

Repair some nail holes make surface good and paint over (supplied) Paint one wall, repair minor damage to two internal doors, make good and paint.

Hole in plaster wall requires repairing, approximately 30cm in diameter. Re-painting not required.

Preparing home for rent. Require filling and spot/blend painting 9-10 screw holes in a plaster wall. Paint and selleys no more gaps (dulux natural white) already purchased. Happy to use/pay for other materials if better suited to the job. One hole as pictured has a plastic screw housing which is stuck as the thread has been stripped.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Seeking a professional plasterer who can undertake the following: 1. Supply,paint and install skirting piece to match current (as seen in photo). 2. Plaster the wall to patch holes from cavity left by wall mounted heater. 3. Paint both skirting and wall to match. Includes supplying small quantity of paint. 4. Optional if skilled. Patch the carpet in front, happy to take from a wardrobe. 5. Touch up other downlighting with the same paint where LEDs have been installed (as pictured). 5 total. Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

A towel rail has pulled out of the bathroom wall, causing the plasterboard to bulge and crack. I have already removed the rail, but the old anchors are still in the wall. ​Requirements: ● ​Remove two old metal wall anchors. ​Cut back the bulging plaster, fill, and sand flush. ● ​Paint the patched area. ● ​Securely reinstall the towel rail using heavy-duty anchors (e.g., hollow wall anchors or toggles) so it doesn’t pull out again. ​Location: Angle Vale.
