I'm looking to gyprock my two-bedroom unit, which is of block construction - walls only existing ceiling to remain. The unit will be a shell with no existing linings, and the bathroom is excluded from the scope of works. The property is currently tenanted but will hopefully be vacated within the coming months, so the work would be scheduled accordingly. Could you please review the images and provide a rough estimate for the job? It would be great if you could also outline what’s included in the quote—for example, materials, labour, surface preparation, and any other relevant details. Relatively new build, just have three cracks in the gyprock that need tending too. 2x small cracks (150mm in the ceiling) 1x large crack (750mm above the fireplace)

I need an old aircon unit removed and bricks layed inside and outside as it’s a double brick house. Plaster the inside too if possible please

Gyprock ceiling 4 rooms totalling 56 m2. Currently exposed timber 1200 centres with Stramit ceiling. Stramit does not have to be removed. Top Hat batons @600 centres are the most likely procedure.
