Hi I need someone to remove and close a 45x45cm man-hole in the ceiling. Need to give a fresh paint arround after. It was just plastered and that hole closed with a man-hole as mistakes.

Need a qualified plasterer to: Supply and install (1.7m x 0.7m) section of 15mm gyprock ceiling board (from previous aircon access). Tape, set and sand smooth (ready for paint, but painting not required). Build/install small manhole (example photo attached) with access panel for future aircon servicing. Jobs 1 and 2 are simple. Fill the holes with plaster and then paint over. Job 3 is more complex. Cut out the gyprock (may be fire rated gyprock, am not sure), replace-gyprock that square, plaster and paint. We will provide paint. Other materials provided by you.

Hi there, I recently had an electrician install additional power points, and to do this they needed to cut a hole in my gyprock wall. They’ve filled the hole, but the finish is quite untidy and hasn’t been painted. Need three holes fixed up from my air conditioning installation

Patch up wall art wholes, plaster and paint match approximately 10 holes. End of lease. Clean up after please as no cleaning equipment remaining.

I have an original plaster cornice that is starting to come loose. the cornice is intact, however needs to be fixed back into place. I want to keep the cornice as its original and matching the rest of the house. House is in Surry Hills 2010, Im not sure what sort of trade I need to do this, maybe a plasterer? Would love this done this week before it comes down or breaks under the flexion thanks so much. Photos attached.
