Looking for an experienced gyprocker/plasterer to reinstate walls and ceilings following termite-related timber remediation. The affected areas have already been opened up. This task is for plasterboard repairs and finishing, not termite treatment or structural timber repairs. There are four areas: A. Garage wall: Re-sheet the exposed wall around the existing doorway, plus repair the opened section of the bulkhead/lining above it. Install insulation that we will supply into the exposed wall cavities before sheeting. See the two garage photos. B. Stair-side wall: Repair the long horizontal opening on the opposite side of the garage wall, above the stairs. C. Hallway: Repair the ceiling access opening and other small affected wall/ceiling areas shown in the photos. D. Laundry/corridor wall: Reinstate the wall opening and associated ceiling inspection holes following the timber top-plate repair. Need some carpentry or plasterboard on wall fixed please. There is a whole in the wall where plasterboard has been scratched by a dog and created a hole in it. Currently covered by a piece of plasterboard and held by some nails. Don’t need the door frame done, unless it’s an easier job including it but we don’t want a new door frame.
