I need someone to fix a small door knob size hole on my drywall. It needs to be sanded and finished in a way that it doesn’t look detectable. No need for paint.

Ceiling fan has cracked plaster due to poor installation and needs to be properly reinstated. Scope of work: • Reinstall the ceiling fan • Securely mount and bracket it to the nearest ceiling beam in the roof cavity (not just to plaster) • Repair any damaged plaster from the previous install • Restore and reconnect the electrical wiring safely You must: • Have experience working safely in roof cavities • Be competent with plaster repair and patching • Have proven experience installing ceiling fans, including proper mounting to structural beams • Be confident reinstating the electrical connection (we have pictures of the wiring when working) We have ladders so you won’t need one. Move a security phone mounted on a Gyprock internal wall about 1.5m

Looking for a venetian plaster expert for a room which is about 3.4mx3.5m. Only two walls required (as third wall is with windows and the other wall is wardrobe). Also need a door to be painted plus ceiling. If I like how you work I will do also the other 3 rooms with venetian plaster. Please only apply if you have experience with venetian stucco application.

Set a small section of gyprock that has been installed to close the gap between a new door frame and the ceiling. Front and back of the door frame need setting, and the back side needs a new cornice piece to match the existing cornice

I have removed a set of floating cupboards and the paintwork, and parts of the drywall have peeled away. I would like these sections cleaned up and replastered along with the screw holes filled. No painting required but the area needs to be ready for paint. The total area is approx 2 sqm, but the whole section doesn’t need to be replastered.

Small but precise ceiling plaster repair in a 1960s home being prepared for sale. This needs someone with genuine plastering experience. The original skim coat on a bedroom ceiling has delaminated from the plasterboard sheet underneath. Affected area is approximately 500mm long. I've already scraped back all loose material to a firm edge and confirmed the plasterboard sheet underneath is in solid condition — no moisture damage, no structural issues. The delaminated material is 1.1–1.3mm thick, consistent with the original finishing skim. Need someone to re-skim the exposed area with appropriate setting compound, feathered out to blend invisibly with the surrounding ceiling. The ceiling will be professionally painted afterwards so the finish needs to be seamless — this is for a sale, not a rental patch job. A section of plasterboard has sagged/collapsed. Remove and replace damaged plasterboard or reuse if possible. Tape, set, sand, and paint to match the existing matte white ceiling finish. Reinforce the area (joists or fixing points) to safely support the existing curtain track and heavy curtains – suggestions welcome. Care needed around recessed lighting, air vent, and window/curtains. All materials (plasterboard, compound, tape, paint match, any reinforcement timber/screws) to be supplied by the tasker.
