Wall plaster as advertised

We’ve been getting ongoing ceiling mould every winter next to our shower ceiling fan. We always clean it but this time the plaster seems to be very soft and cracks near the main spot. I am looking for an expert opinion on managing this problem. Re-plaster with a new ceiling fan?

Looking for someone to remove a TV wall bracket, patch two TV cable holes in plaster, fill the bracket screw holes, sand smooth and paint. Paint is supplied. Looking for a seamless finish. Located in Melbourne’s west. Please see attached photos.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to remove an internal door and permanently close the doorway. Scope of work: • Remove the existing door and door frame • Build a timber frame inside the doorway • Install acoustic insulation inside the wall cavity • Close both sides with plasterboard • Plaster, sand and paint so it matches the existing wall The final result should look like there was never a door there (flush wall finish).
