We have a shed that we have converted to a granny flat. We have plastered the walls but need someone to come in and set them. - Due date: Flexible

New walls and ceilings of 80sqm granny flat, steel frame. All sheeting and cornices are on site. 1 bedroom with ensuite, bathroom, toilet, laundry and linen, kitchen and living. - Due date: Flexible

Require plaster repair to gyprock wall and ceilings in 205 m2 duplex home. This includes cracks and splits in ceilings and walls of all rooms, including 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, hallway, balcony and garage. There is a large hole in one bedroom wall that needs gyprock replaced and other small holes and a small chip in the hallway wall that require work also. The kitchen cornice piece needs to be replaced, which broke off but is still usable. - Due date: Flexible

Large hole in gyprock wall needs repairing in one bedroom, and a few small holes require patching in walls of others bedrooms and hallway. Some of the paint on my ceiling has started to peel, due to the past heavy rains and I would like to fix (either seal the cracks with plaster or install a cornice) and paint it.

Let me know your quote for this Task. We had leak which the plumber has fixed. Looking for someone to patch the holes and repaint ceiling and walls. 4 holes in total. We have most of the pieces of plaster from the holes. If your up for it, it would be good to repaint the whole small bedroom with the larger hole. (no need to do cupboard doors). It's about 3x3 room with cupboards on one side and glass doors on the other. Theres a few scrapes that will need patching before painting. I'm looking for a good job not a hack job. Task can be done any time this week from today. Feel free to come and look before you quote. I'll need you to get the paint and anything needed to complete the job.
