Kitchen install on Friday so before then. Supply and install gyrocpck and prepare walls for kitchen install. Must be done on Monday 6 July. Please note- there is L shape (which will get more damage when those pipes pictured are put behind wall tomorrow) and there is the pantry wall which needs sheeting and setting. There is a hole in ceiling where air con vent removed. Westleigh location. Price just for the preparation for the kitchen install.

There will be more damage to the wall the pipes are on (plumbing coming tomorrow) Need repairs to walls and small air conditioning hole in ceiling. to prepare to install new kitchen this Thursday. Kitchen will be removed tomorrow. The plumbing area will also be removed tomorrow but this gives good idea of what it will look like. See measurements on plans. I will get you to supply and install the missing plasterboard and patch ready for kitchen install and tiling of splashback. At a later date I will get you to come back to supply and install the cornice and patch up bulkhead. I’m looking for an experienced gyprocker/plasterer to complete repairs as part of my bathroom renovation in St Clair, NSW. Scope of works: * Bathroom: * Supply and install the missing 6 mm Villaboard (blue board/fibro) where required. * Repair the bathroom ceiling gyprock, including several small hairline cracks. * Repair rusted nail/screw pops in the bathroom ceiling caused by moisture. Replace with screws where required, tape/set and prepare ready for paint. * Outside the bathroom: * Remove the damaged sections of standard white gyprock on the wall immediately outside the bathroom (as shown in the photos). * Supply and install new plasterboard to match the existing. * Tape and set all joints ready for painting. Requirements: * Supply all materials, including plasterboard, 6 mm Villaboard, screws, joint tape, joint compound and all consumables. * Own tools and experience with bathroom renovations. * Leave the work clean and ready for the next trades (waterproofer/painter). * Please provide a quote including labour and materials. * Photos are attached showing all areas requiring repair. I have a 3 holes in a wall and 1 area of damaged ceiling that requires patching, ready for painting

Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.

Need two holes in grpock fixed up. Both relatively small holes and have been roughly fixed up but need a proper fix. Left in a ready to paint condition.

Cut open existing plasterboard wall and install some plywood or timber bracing to take the weight of the tv. Reinstate Gyprock and install tv bracket above fireplace
