We had some mould damage in a bedroom, and 2 patches in the bathrooms. The infected areas were dried out with industrial fans, and I just need the plaster on the walls replaced, along with the skirting boards in the bedroom.

There are 3 large-ish cracks in the living area ceiling, hopefully just the house settling (its only a few years old). These are too big to paint over and a little bit of the gyprock on the ceiling is peeling away, so they will need plastering / skimming before they can be painted. We have the correct paint for the walls / ceiling areas that need painting.
