Hi everyone, We’re currently doing some repairs and preparing our property and we’re also having a new air conditioning system installed and need an experienced plasterer or handyman to help with some plasterboard modifications, repairs and painting across three bedrooms. The work includes: Master Bedroom * Build a new plasterboard bulkhead for the air conditioning system, including the necessary framing, plasterboard installation, corner finishing, plastering and sanding. * Refit the air conditioning supply and return air grilles once the installation is completed. * Prime and paint the new bulkhead, as well as the adjoining wall sections around the wardrobe, bedroom door and ensuite. Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 * Cut openings and install access panels in both bedrooms, including any necessary framing or support. * Repair and finish the surrounding plasterboard, including plastering and sanding. * Prime and repaint the affected wall sections. * Repaint the entire wall where the new air conditioning unit will be installed in Bedroom 3. General Requirements * Supply all necessary materials. * Prepare surfaces properly and apply primer and two coats of matching paint where required. * Protect floors and surrounding areas during the work. * Clean up and remove construction waste afterwards. * Coordinate with our air conditioning installer where necessary. Hi there, I need a reliable handyman to remove a bracket currently mounted on my wall and repair the area so it looks neat and tidy again. The job involves: Removal: Unscrewing and removing the bracket from the wall (it was used for a TV) Patching: Filling the remaining screw holes/anchors with appropriate plaster/filler. Bulkhead over flexiduct have plaster board, fix hole in ceiling, apply cornice to small wall both sides have cornice and fill in gaps.
