Hi guys I hope yr going great today ! I have just put a new kitchen in the house and removed a wall to put breakfast bar in and need remaining concrete wall edge boxed ,some holes/rough spots repaired in ceiling ,a lental boxed and cornice replaced X3. Materials: I have already got X4 externals ,3xcornices ,plaster sheet ready. Airtasker will need to provide plaster and cornice cement and anything else . I am reposting this task as I have now a bit more detail to add to the work required from my original post and could not find a time either with successful tender. I would like to get the work to a sealed or painted finish I can supply the finish paint. Task1: minor water damage repair (see image). The affected area is approx 60cm x2m. It is mainly yellow discoloration and some bubbling in a small section of the tape joint Task 2: Replace section of en-suite ceiling to be able to recut hole for exhaust fan/light fixture to be reattached with fixture clips. The light fixture has been removed

I have 2 light cracks in ceiling plaster from accidental downward pressure from above. Looking for a sand and patch job. Painting not required.

Very small repair (roughly 20cm and not very deep) of render on side of house, attempted to use mortar repair but hasn't worked out. Would like it rendered properly and then painted to match existing colour (Solver Vitesse)

Small toilet area. Prep for painting. Make smooth. Even out the Plaster etc. Very small area 2m by 1. Aprox remove small piping and plaster smooth.

We require a plasterer to install cornice in a small bathroom approx 2.6x2.6m.

Small plastering job to prep for trim installation and painting. 1st coat already applied, only required sand down and second coat, possibly final coat after that. Only couple hours work for experience plasterer.

I would like someone to fix the plastering where tiles were ripped off. The size of the room is 2.6m x 1.5m and 13cm height. Not all the plastering has come off. See pics. Would like this done Friday 4th or early Sat 5th or from 14th Dec onwards. I can paint it. Will need skirting boards put on too.
