Gyprock first then plaster areas to a good finish: 1.wall area with water damage approx 200 x30 cm Photo below shows black strip covering water damage. There are also shots without the black cover for you to view 2. Ceiling about 200 x25 cm strip - from corner to about 200 above curtain rail flush to window frame 3. Behind air con unit cover needs plastering hole where cartridge was. Cartridge already removed. The cover in place temporarily. Cut out existing gyprock, replace with new, plaster and sanding exclude painting.

Need someone to collect and dispose of the photographed plasterboard, track frame and door. Easy access. If you are charging tipping fee separately please specify that. Thanks.

Dyson vacuum mount on wall was fixed with 2 plaster mounts and has since fallen off wall, there is an inch or so behind 10mm plasterboard and then brickwork. Would like the holes filled, but doesn’t need to be pretty as it will be covered by Dyson mount. Remount with better plasterboard mounts or mount to brickwork behind, place slightly above or below if you need new plaster just keep it hidden with the mount.

Need a skilled plasterer to skim coat a wall which was not done correctly. The plaster on joins is currently visible as it was not applied and sanded correctly. The wall is 3m long x 2.7m high. Needs to be skim coated and sanded ready for painting.

Hole in ceiling after air con replacement (1000mm x 1500mm) needs gyprock and painting and vent reinstalled.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in this job. I am looking to have 3 existing recesses within plasterboard walls altered to suit dimensions as set below. SCOPE OF WORKS: - Provide protection to the existing timber flooring before starting the job and keep removing the waste as/when it accommodates. - Ensure sufficient dust prevention is used to avoid dust spreading to other areas of the house. For each recess (x3): 1. Remove existing cabinets and shelving from the recesses. 2. Store removed cabinets and shelves in the garage or dispose and remove from the site 3. Each opening to have a finished width of 1340mm. Ceiling height to remain unchanged. 4. Demolish existing skirting board, gyprock sheeting and timber framing to enlarge the recess 5. Supply and install new timber framing as per AS1684 to the widened recess. Assume no new beams/or posts required - if after demolition it is apparent new beams/post required this can be treated as an extra. 6. Supply and install gyprock sheeting /glue/ angles/plaster - set and sanded and ready for paint. 7. Infill any gaps in the timber floor with matching timber flooring, sanded and finished to match existing. 8. Install new timber skirting boards to match existing. 9. If you can provide painting that would be good, if not, I will find a painter to finish the job. - Remove floor protection, and dispose of surplus material and carry on final clean The reason for the works is that I wish to place 3 different cabinets (already made) into each of the recesses. The new cabinets will sit loose in the space which is why all plasterboard needs to be set, sanded and finished and painted. I put my foot through the Gyprock next to the manhole. Needs to be repaired and set ready for painting.

We recently had a new range hood installed and there is a small gap in the roof where the top of the flu extension (duct )meets the ceiling. The roof requires plastering and painting (white) to fill the gap in the roof and seamlessly restore the cornice.

Removal of 4 sheets of gyprock in the garage. Each sheet is approximately 1m X 2.8m. The gyprock has some mould.

Fix hole in wall by cutting out and replacing small section of plaster board. Replacing with new square of plaster board and plastering over. Not required to sand or paint.

I’m moving house and need someone to repair several small to medium-sized wall damages (see photos). Some areas have plaster pulled off, exposing the base layer. There are also a few small drill holes and scuff marks. I need the plaster repaired properly (not just filled) and then colour-matched paint touch-ups done, ready for bond inspection. Please bring your own materials (plaster compound, filler, sandpaper, matching paint, etc). Must have experience in plaster repairs and preparing walls for rental bond returns.
