I need 2 x 50 cm wide IKEA PLATSA wardrobes to be fixed to what i believe is a plastered masonry wall. Fix holes in gyprock behind TV (2 x Power Points to be filled in) and some nail holes. Also one Large Power Point to be filled in and one small hole on a ceiling where a downlight use to be. All pretty small patches (4 small ones in total) plus some small nail holes. You provide the materials to complete the job.

I recently had my bathroom renovated however the tiled area above the sink is now sitting lower than it previously had, so the steel window is exposed showing the old rusted metal. Small amount of damage to wall while removing double sided tape that I’d like repaired.

We have recently installed a new air conditioning unit in our property, which has necessitated the cutting of an opening in the ceiling. The dimensions of this opening are approximately 200cm x 110cm . As a result of this installation, we now require professional services to patch and repair the gyprock ceiling where the opening has been made. Job Specifications: Location of the Repair: The repair is to be carried out on the ceiling where the new air conditioning unit has been installed. Size of the Opening 200cm by 110cm: The work will involve patching the hole in the gyprock ceiling, ensuring that the repair is seamless and matches the existing ceiling texture and paint. Finish Requirements: We are looking for a high-quality finish that will not only support the structural integrity of the ceiling but also maintain the aesthetic appearance of the room. Painting the gyprock is required. In the image you will see the patch in the cieling which is covered by plywood. Location: Potts Point - There is no parking inside the building. A smoke detector in our restaurant is being relocated on Wednesday, which will leave an approx 40mm hole in the ceiling above the fan (see photo 1, circled). The task is that we need a gyprocker to attend to fill this hole and paint it, THURSDAY MORNING 8.30AM. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. We have a second similar existing hole in the ceiling (see photo 2, circled) that we also need gyprocked and painted. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. To plaster a bathroom wall in a first floor appartment. The existing plaster was stripped back to fix a leak and now it needs replastering. The area for replastering is above the tiles and it measures 3.6m long by 1.75m high. We are repainting the appartment so we will be onsite to provide access.
