I need an urgent, high-quality plaster repair and a full wall painted at my property in Saint Peters before my end-of-lease inspection next Tuesday. The repair must be completely seamless and so I can get my bond back. The job consists of: Re-securing: A 2-meter stretch along the top of the plasterboard has come loose and needs to be securely reattached. Plaster Repair: There is a cracked/broken section fitting within a 150mm x 200mm area. This will need a proper backing block, new gyprock patch, taping, mudding, and sanding perfectly flush. Full Wall Paint: To avoid any visible "halo" marks, the entire wall (Dimensions: 3000mm wide x 2330mm high) needs to be rolled corner-to-corner with 2 coats of paint. Paint Matching: I do not have the paint color name. You will need to take a small flake of the broken plasterboard to Bunnings/Dulux for a precise digital color match. Materials: Please include the cost of all premium materials (plaster, tape, matching paint, primer) in your offer. Timing & Availability: I am highly flexible with days. The work can be done anytime between Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If you do it on weekdays, you are welcome to use fast-setting compound/heat guns to finish it in one visit. If you do it over the weekend, you can split it across two visits (Saturday patch, Sunday paint) if preferred. Budget is set at $800 based on the urgency and quality required. I have a few areas which need to be rendered and white set plaster applied inside my house. There are two areas around door frames, front door and back door, and one area next to some newly installed joinery.

Plasterer needed to repair a damaged wall section in our office in Darlinghurst. A wall unit has been removed and the plasterboard behind is torn and peeling in several spots, roughly 2m wide x 2.5m high, above and beside a kitchen bench. Scope: 1. Patch damaged and delaminated sections. 2. Square off and finish the exposed edge where the old wall section was removed, next to the doorway. 3. Skim coat and sand the full area smooth, ready for painting. Must be finished and dry before Wednesday 8 July as our painter follows. Photos available on request. I'm looking for an experienced person to professionally install 5 canvas artworks onto gyprock walls in my home. The artwork must be securely mounted, perfectly level, evenly spaced, and professionally installed. You will need to supply the appropriate tools and fixings suitable for gyprock walls. The artworks include: 2 × framed canvases – 1220 × 820 mm (lightweight) 2 × canvases – 2200 × 1360 mm (lightweight) 1 × framed canvas – 1040 × 1040 mm (medium weight) I'm looking for someone who: - Has experience hanging artwork on gyprock walls. - Can advise on the best positioning and geometric centring of each piece. - Has their own tools, fixings and equipment. - Takes care to avoid unnecessary wall damage. Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.

Damaged plasterboard ceiling in bathroom and corner of lounge which needs fixing and replacing Bath room - 140cm x 150cm Lounge - 100cm x 170cm

We have 2 blinds that are broken. One of them is very stiff. It's very difficult to pull the blind up. The other one appears to have come off its tracks. We also have a few small holes in the drywall that need patching up.

I need two plasterboard holes patched and painted in my apartment. One hole is an old powerpoint, the other is a ceiling fan penetration (45mmx45mm). Need mounted well, and support as plasterboard won’t hold the full weight from what I assume. Hide cables would be good too

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.

Finish up this wall for a cleaner look with a plasterboard cover and white paint (lexicon half). The wall is ~240x150cm minus the washing machine hole.

Small gouge/damage to plasterboard wall in my apartment needing repair before end-of-lease inspection. The paper face and some plaster has been torn away — roughly 5–8cm in size. Gyprocker to base coat and top coat existing ceiling water damage

Looking for an experienced TV installer to wall mount my 55” LG OLED TV in my apartment. TV model: LG OLED55B5PSA Important details: TV is to be mounted in a wall nook that is approx. 158cm wide I would like the TV centred in the nook Preferred height is around 95–100cm from floor to bottom of TV I’d prefer a slim tilting mount I do not need cables concealed in the wall Important note: The wall sounds hollow when knocked on, so I think it may be plasterboard/drywall rather than concrete. I have permission from my real estate agent to mount the TV, but I want it done properly and safely. I have not bought the mount yet because I want advice on the correct bracket/fixings for this wall type. Please quote only if you have experience mounting TVs on plasterboard/drywall walls and can either: advise exactly what mount I should buy, or supply the correct mount/fixings as part of the job I’ll attach photos of the wall/nook and surrounding area.
