I’m looking for an experienced handyman to install new gyprock to the walls and ceiling of a small external toilet. The room is approximately 3m × 1.5m. Wall height can be measured on site. Scope of work: * Install gyprock to the internal walls * Install gyprock to the ceiling * Neatly cut around the existing toilet, plumbing, door and other fittings * Securely fix the gyprock * Set/join and finish the sheets and corners * Leave surfaces smooth and ready for painting * Clean up all work-related waste The existing walls are rock solid and structurally sound. This is primarily a cosmetic upgrade to give the toilet a clean, finished appearance. I am not looking to rebuild the walls. Please quote labour and materials.

Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprocker to complete a small repair in the ceiling around a recently installed ceiling fan in our master bedroom. As shown in the photo, there is a rectangular section of plasterboard around the ceiling fan which was cut to install a support beam for the fan. The job is to: * Patch/reinstate the plasterboard around the ceiling fan * Tape/set/plaster as required * Sand smooth and flush with the existing ceiling * Leave the repaired area ready for us to prime and paint ourselves * Protect the bedroom/flooring from dust and clean up afterwards Ceiling height is approximately 3.9 metres, so you’ll need to provide your own suitable high ladder/platform/access equipment. I have recently installed a Media Wall and require a finish plaster coat. 3 layers of bonding have been applied but require a finish plaster.

Looking for help on patching up some light drywall and paint removal damage from installed light fixtures. Fix needed prior to moving out. Picture below of one of them with similar damage for about x5 of them. Location of patches are on floor level or eye-level no higher than 185cm. Crack in lath plaster ceiling has caused a large collapse. The wooden beams in the lath appear rotted, so need replacement of beams, investigation of cause (damp, or water) and a plaster fix for the ceiling. Need tidying up, removal of waste, sanding of plaster work ready for paint

A painting I’d stuck on a wall at an apartment I rent fell off and peeled the paint off. We’d like someone to come and plaster and paint the part of the wall that was damaged please. The damage is no bigger than 4cm. I will provide the paint once I go to Bunnings to collect it, or alternatively feel free to suggest an additional price for you to bring it. Remove two wall-mounted cameras and the conduit running to them, and repair the gyprock and concrete surfaces. Each camera is affixed with six screws to the gyprock, and the conduit is double-sided taped. Touch Up Paint We have no touch-up paint and do not know the colour. Parking There is street parking available, but none in the building.

Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.

We have 2 blinds that are broken. One of them is very stiff. It's very difficult to pull the blind up. The other one appears to have come off its tracks. We also have a few small holes in the drywall that need patching up.
