Need someone to help fill in the frame with plasterboard to create a room. We just need a wall, there is another entry point for door. Ideally would like to keep the architraves. The space is approximately 2.5m x 2.5m

I would like the walls and roof of our small outdoor laundry space covered and ready for paint. The space measures approx 110cm wide 150cm deep and with a sloped roof 200-250cm in height. I need someone to plaster and set plasterboard linings that were removed to facilitate remedial works to the brickwork behind. The plasterboard to be replaced measures 1.3m to 1.4m from floor level in height, and approximately 5.8m and 0.76m in length (refer photos). Please price allowing for: 1. Direct stick to brickwork that is not flat (see photos) 2. Need to remove and reinstall architraves around windows and/or skirting board if required.

Our soundbar was previously wall-mounted beneath the TV but came loose after being pulled by our kids, leaving damage and holes in the plasterboard. Looking for someone to patch and repair the damaged area, securely remount the soundbar using appropriate wall anchors or studs, and tidy the cables. Please bring the required tools and mounting hardware.

Need ceiling fan cutout patched sanded and painted with ceiling white. I have the gyprock cutout so no need to supply. Also have a couple small holes that just need patch no paint.

Had to relocate a light switch and power point so need holes patched. Also had to relocate and LED light on ceiling so need hole patched.

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.
