Need a qualified plasterer/painter to finish and paint two skylight light wells two bedrooms (one skylight each). The wells are already lined with plasterboard — they just need a proper set, sand, and paint finish. Scope of work (2 wells): • Plaster setting required: tape and set all joints and internal corners, set all screw heads, install corner bead/stop angle to the opening, skim as needed, sand to a paint-ready finish • Prime/seal with a mould-resistant primer/sealer • Paint the wells only (2 top coats, mould-resistant ceiling paint) • Light caulking/filling of small gaps if needed • Clean up / protect room surfaces Important notes: • Painting required: wells only (not repainting the entire ceiling). I understand there may be slight paint mismatch/“flashing” outside the wells — that’s fine. • Bedroom can be humid at times, so please use mould-resistant products. • Job may require 2 visits for drying between coats — that’s expected. Plaster repair for 3 small holes in a wall

I need a precision frame built off a bowed gyprock wall to hold a mirror ~12 mm off the finished surface. The frame must be perfectly flat. The mirrir is 3m wide and 2m high so rather big. Mirror and LED install is someone else’s job. Can you do this?

Hi, I am looking for quotes to plasterboard my sunroom. It’s around 8sq/m. See attached rough diagram and photos. I will be adding timber sills and reveals so you would only be plastering up to the timber. There is one return needed on Wall 1 into the window. There is a ceiling gap that needs to be filled to join new plasterboard.

Trying to finish the small elements of the house before we break for Xmas. Had new windows replaced and as a result some of the wall needs to be re-Gyprocked then it will need to be patched and then painted. some rooms have only small amount of patching required so I can probably use filler. Patch Gyprocker rectangle 1m x .6m Please look at photos The cutout is there. You will be required to put support behind to secure cutout. You will need to plaster. I can sand given the time to dry.

My electrician has to move the rangehood to the front of the box. I need help with patching the hole it will leave.

Need a qualified plasterer to: Supply and install (1.7m x 0.7m) section of 15mm gyprock ceiling board (from previous aircon access). Tape, set and sand smooth (ready for paint, but painting not required). Build/install small manhole (example photo attached) with access panel for future aircon servicing. Ceiling height is standard and easy ladder access. Please include materials in your quotes. Photos attached.

Dyson vacuum mount on wall was fixed with 2 plaster mounts and has since fallen off wall, there is an inch or so behind 10mm plasterboard and then brickwork. Would like the holes filled, but doesn’t need to be pretty as it will be covered by Dyson mount. Remount with better plasterboard mounts or mount to brickwork behind, place slightly above or below if you need new plaster just keep it hidden with the mount.
