My kids recently loosened the curtains down. It was a DIY job that held for a year, I would like it professionally done. We have dry wall and have all the parts ready to go (support, rod, curtains installed and cut to length). I just need help with securing the screws on the wall.

Hi, I need a really good gyprock repairer as this whole is in my main light room and the sun light hits it, So I need a really good, experienced person. The whole is around 20cmx20cm. I need it repaired and then I'm happy to do the top coat to get it level and smooth.

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.

Looking to get my dining room walls re-plastered or white set. Room is approx 3.3x2.5 for scale, three walls as pictured, no ceiling. Two base coats and one top coat. I’ll sand and paint. Preference is for as soon as possible so let me know your availability in your offer.

Had to relocate a light switch and power point so need holes patched. Also had to relocate and LED light on ceiling so need hole patched.

Finish up this wall for a cleaner look with a plasterboard cover and white paint (lexicon half). The wall is ~240x150cm minus the washing machine hole.
