Looking for an experienced handyman/painter to repair damage around an internal window sill/reveal. There is cracked, bubbling and peeling paint/filler around the window frame, particularly in one corner (see photos). I’d like the area properly repaired rather than simply painted over. Job would ideally include: - Remove/scrape back all loose or damaged paint and filler - Check the area for signs of moisture/water damage and advise if there appears to be an underlying issue - Repair cracks and damaged plaster/filler - Sand and prepare the area for painting - Apply appropriate primer - Repaint the repaired area for a neat, seamless finish - Replace/reseal the joint between the window frame and painted surface if required Please bring appropriate tools/materials. Looking for someone experienced with wall mounting to complete two small jobs: 1. Secure/hinge a large leaning floor mirror to the wall The mirror is currently leaning against the wall and needs to be safely secured at the top so it cannot fall or tip over. I’d like it to keep its slightly leaning position rather than be mounted completely flat against the wall. The wall appears to be drywall/plasterboard with metal studs. I previously attempted to install the mirror fixing and encountered metal behind the plasterboard, so I’d prefer someone experienced with this type of wall who can determine the correct mounting point and fixings. 2. Wall mount a Dyson cordless vacuum I’d also like the Dyson wall dock/bracket securely mounted so the vacuum can be stored hanging vertically. I have the Dyson mounting bracket/dock. Please bring a drill, stud/wall scanner and any appropriate screws, anchors or fixings required for both jobs.

Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprocker to complete a small repair in the ceiling around a recently installed ceiling fan in our master bedroom. As shown in the photo, there is a rectangular section of plasterboard around the ceiling fan which was cut to install a support beam for the fan. The job is to: * Patch/reinstate the plasterboard around the ceiling fan * Tape/set/plaster as required * Sand smooth and flush with the existing ceiling * Leave the repaired area ready for us to prime and paint ourselves * Protect the bedroom/flooring from dust and clean up afterwards Ceiling height is approximately 3.9 metres, so you’ll need to provide your own suitable high ladder/platform/access equipment. A painting I’d stuck on a wall at an apartment I rent fell off and peeled the paint off. We’d like someone to come and plaster and paint the part of the wall that was damaged please. The damage is no bigger than 4cm. I will provide the paint once I go to Bunnings to collect it, or alternatively feel free to suggest an additional price for you to bring it. I don’t know the correct paint colour as yet.

Remove two wall-mounted cameras and the conduit running to them, and repair the gyprock and concrete surfaces. Each camera is affixed with six screws to the gyprock, and the conduit is double-sided taped. Touch Up Paint We have no touch-up paint and do not know the colour. Parking There is street parking available, but none in the building.

Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.

We have 2 blinds that are broken. One of them is very stiff. It's very difficult to pull the blind up. The other one appears to have come off its tracks. We also have a few small holes in the drywall that need patching up.
