Hi We are moving out of our rental and there is a small hole in the wall of my daughter’s room (size of a small apple) that needs to be putted up/plastered so we can paint over it. We need to patch/plaster the following: - 2 pieces in ceiling where cable for ceiling fans was installed - 2 PowerPoints where new ones were installed as part of the ceiling fan installation - walk in cupboard was removed and mirror taken off wall before new flooring installed so whilst new fit out will be installed, we need to fix wall first and add skirting - hole in walk in cupboard where previous fitting was removed Looking to have the walls/ceiling repaired and I can then paint afterwards. Job could be done from 25/9/20 onwards. Visitor parking onsite.

1. Re plaster the small area next to my door 2. Drill holes into metal frame to fit my security chain My husband fitted the security chain to the wall instead of the metal door frame. He then forgot it was on and opened the door which caused the wall to come away. So I need the wall patched up (we have the paint to repair that section so it’s just the pactch job) and the security chain attached to the metal frame on the door (so you will need a drill that will drill through the metal)
