The plaster on the wall under a window is bubbling and peeling off. It’s an old terrace with brick walls that are plastered inside the bedrooms. As it’s my son’s bedroom and he sleeps in it, would hope this task can be done in one day.

I need one IKEA kitchen cabinet (60H x 60 W x 37 D) installed on plasterboard wall . Either need to confirm the location of the timber studs and anchor directly into wall studs, or use an internal support beam. Note cabinet is ready to install (without doors), doesn’t require assembly, however, I don’t have any additional brackets if required.

Ducted aircon is getting replaced in an apartment which means the kitchen ceiling has to be cut open to put the new one in. Will need the kitchen ceiling replastered/sanded/painted to match existing colour scheme I’m not sure how much they need to cut exactly but the overall measurement of the kitchen ceiling is 170cm width by 396cm, so they will cut within this measurement. I haven’t booked in the aircon installation yet, give me your best quote.

Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. Trying to finish the small elements of the house before we break for Xmas. Had new windows replaced and as a result some of the wall needs to be re-Gyprocked then it will need to be patched and then painted. some rooms have only small amount of patching required so I can probably use filler. My electrician has to move the rangehood to the front of the box. I need help with patching the hole it will leave.

Ceiling fans have been installed but there are patches and holes that need painting. We need to plaster the holes and paint only the unpainted areas. Please provide the paint.
