There are 5 separate jobs, listed below with measurements. I'll attach a photo for each one so you can see exactly what's needed. Please note — you supply everything. Job details: Wall 1 — Build a new wall approx. 2.06m wide, with a door installed( You can use the door from the top floor . Wall 2 — Build a wall only, no door, approx. 3.44m long.The 2 walls are not compeltely allign, one of them needs like a 10 cm nook so that then you can build the straight wall or if you have a better solution go for it! Wall 3 — Install a door into an existing 70cm opening (door to have a key lock). Wall 4 — 1.2m span: install a door here, or a short section of wall plus a door — whichever works best structurally. Door to have a key lock. Wall 5 — Remove the existing door, then build a wall to close off the opening completely. (You can use this door in the GF wall #1) Good to know: Ceiling height is 3.2m throughout, so please factor this into materials and pricing. No electrical work is required — no power points, switches or lights in any of the walls. All walls to be painted and finished to a clean, ready-to-use standard. I have a boutique gym and we are expanding into the suite next door. I need to have the current mirrors on one side removed and then the wall cut out for a aluminium sliding door. There are powerpoint in that location too so also if you have direction on getting that sorted first/purchasing the door first then let me know. I am fairly flexible but I do want the job done this month. The mirrors were glued on so not sure if able to be removed without breaking but that's a bonus if possible.

Need ceiling fan cutout patched sanded and painted with ceiling white. I have the gyprock cutout so no need to supply. Also have a couple small holes that just need patch no paint.

Had to relocate a light switch and power point so need holes patched. Also had to relocate and LED light on ceiling so need hole patched.

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.

I’ve already run all the Cat6 cables through the ceiling to the exact AP locations. I need someone to mount two Ubiquiti access points on a gyprock ceiling (approx 600g each). Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. No cabling work required — just mounting and securing the three APs. photos show the two ceilings and one external wall
