Install rigid backing panels above each opening, extending beyond the perimeter of the existing opening, to provide a secondary air and dust barrier. Install matching Gyprock patches flush with the existing ceiling. Tape, set and sand all joints to achieve a smooth finish. Prime and paint the repaired areas to match the existing white ceiling finish. Please provide a fixed-price quotation inclusive of all labour and materials.

Looking for someone to patch and repair the damaged area, securely remount the soundbar using appropriate wall anchors or studs, and tidy the cables. Need ceiling fan cutout patched sanded and painted with ceiling white. I have the gyprock cutout so no need to supply. Also have a couple small holes that just need patch no paint.

Had to relocate a light switch and power point so need holes patched. Also had to relocate and LED light on ceiling so need hole patched.

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.
