Part of the cornice needs to be removed in order for a Airconditioning unit to be recessed flush up against the wall. I need someone to remove the cornice, make it neat and tidy. If you zoom in on the photo you will see the section of cornice the Airconditioning contractor has marked on the wall. I also need the hole patched up.
