i have 3 holes on the roof where the light points were taken out

As a result, there will be several small holes in the gyprock that need to be repaired before I put it on rent. Total around 10 holes. There is NO WALL DAMAGE just the holes to be fixed up. Job includes: ● Fill multiple small screw/anchor holes in gyprock walls. ● Sand the repaired areas to a smooth finish. ● Apply touch-up paint so the repairs blend with the existing wall colour as closely as possible. ● Leave the work area clean and tidy. Repair Gyprock cracks and cornice

Need a licensed electrician to set up power for a wall-mounted digital display (Cozyla 24” calendar, 12V DC / 3A / 36W) where an old HiLook intercom is being removed. Current situation: the intercom ran on a 12V DC supply with a spare Cat cable in the wall. That supply is only rated ~0.8A, so it’s too small for the new screen. Two possible approaches — happy for you to advise which is best on site: 1. Install a concealed power point (GPO) or fused spur in the wall cavity behind the screen so I can plug in the display’s own 12V adapter, or 2. If practical, trace and upgrade the existing 12V supply to a properly rated one. Either way, the wiring needs to be tidy and the outlet/adapter concealed behind the display. There’s an existing wall recess and cabling to work with.

I am replacing my old range hood. It needs to be installed on a gyprock wall which will need to have anchor to be put in place to hold the unit . Plus existing rectangular ducting needs to be replaced . I also have an additional task of adjusting the height of my oven and taking it up by 100mm

Fix a hole in plasterboard roughly 10x10cm. Only filling is needed, I can do the final sanding and painting.

I need a sheet of gyprock replaced on the ceiling damaged by water and ready for painting which should include sanding. Approx size is 2.4m x 2.0 but this is just my opinion. Water was leaking from the skylight which has been removed at the roof so the stained glass needs to be removed and the hole covered. You are welcome to come see before committing to the quote.

Cut out in the wall needs to be fixed

Ex girlfriend with a temper put holes in my walls and would just like them plastered up and repaired/painted. Biggest one is 26cm wide and small one 6cm wide.
