I am need of someone to spray paint (2 coats) the VJ ceiling and top 15% of my VJ walls (until the top trim) throughout my entire house. I will do all the cleaning, gap filling, floor/furnishing protection and taping. I will provide water based interior paint. The house is currently empty and I would prefer Friday 26th June as a date for painting.

Ceiling | Woolloongabba Construct and build 6m x 3.7m (approx) garage ceiling with marine grade hardwood plywood (or similar for outdoor) with insulation. Ceiling must seal off the underside or borer damaged floorboards where flying ants have taken up residence (they will not die with professional spray). There are two steel beams, a light fitting and a collection of electrical conduit piping to contend with/work around. Finished off with black sika-flex where there are any gaps and painted black (I am happy to paint). Last photo is for reference for the desired look/outcome

ceiling panels need nail gunning with battens. Will happily buy all materials and pay for labour. Need help plastering walls too. Will help where I can.
