Hi there, I’m looking for someone to paint the interior of a three bedroom, two bathroom home in Rosebud. Home also has a living and dining area, hallway and kitchen (floor plan attached). Walls to be prepared, sanded (and patch two or three small areas) and completed with two coats of paint. All woodwork / doors / cupboards to be included as well as paint the ceilings. Labour and materials to please be provided.

Need 2 coats of Vivid White Dulux wall paint to be applied to ALL WALLS of the rooms mentioned below AND CEILINGS to be painted in the rooms mentioned below: - 2 bedrooms upstairs walls + ceilings - 2 bedrooms downstairs walls + ceilings - 1 bathroom needs touch up work with the same paint Pictures attached are for the 2 upstairs bedrooms, forgot to take pics for the downstairs rooms, but both rooms are similar in size or even smaller than the upstairs ones Pics attached for the bathroom too Pls bring own supplies for masking and covering carpets. 1. Paint tiles in laundry, kitchen and bathroom (as per photos - splash back in kitchen, small sections in bathroom and laundry as per photo). Tiles must be cleaned & scrubbed first, lightly sanded, cleaned again, primed and then painted. 2. Re-paint the kitchen cabinet above the kitchen bench (with glass doors either side) inside and out and iron legs (with high gloss white paint) and the existing white parts of the rest of the kitchen cupboards - (see photo) All painted areas must be taped from other surfaces to protect. We have one small room which needs to be painted - we do have the white paint for the ceiling and the timber and would like to do one wall (last picture) with some quality wall paper we already have purchased There is also a door, a 1 meter kitchen skirting and a corner top cornish to be painted in kitchen. Clean or paint the wall to get rid of scratches.

3-bedroom house down in Rosebud that we are in process of gathering quotes for painting. It's essentially a 3-bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, separate laundry, open kitchen & living area, plus passageway. Ceilings, walls, doors and probably two pairs of double sliding wardrobe doors. Skirting boards, door/window frames and kitchen cupboards are all timber and we're leaving them alone at this point. We are leaning towards a neutral off white colour to lighten the place up a little. The carpet and curtains that are there at the moment will most likely go but don’t know what they will change to at this stage… We’ve started sugar soaping the walls ourselves already and will try to do most of the wall patching ourselves… Cheers!!
