Hi there, We have an older style 70s small house, that's been given a exterior paint job this week - We actually already have a team of x2 painters painting finishing house TOMORROW- BUT we are seeking another team member because our extra guy cant make it at short notice job details/ requirements: - for 1 standard day's painting suppot labour. (x8 hours). - Exterior painting only - must be good with the more detailed items - window frames/gutters etc - must be efficient experienced painter. - ideally to supply own rollers /brushes (& ideally a standard A Frame ladder) - - we obviously cover all paint and job costs. So task just labout Job location: - Red Hill area - photos attached - ideally 8am start but can be 9/10am worst case. $500 for 1 standard day's labour. (up to x8 hours) . it will probably just 6/7hours. Kind regards

BUT we will require additional support from experienced painter to keep streamline job and get done quicker job details/ requirements: - for 1 standard day's painting suppot labour. (x8 hours). - Exterior painting only - must be efficient experienced painter. - to supply own rollers /brushes (& ideally a standard A Frame ladder) - paint gun great if you have but not essential - we require some support with painting some sections of the house deck, house bricks AND/OR side top weatherboard areas, AND/OR gutters, AND/OR eaves , AND/OR garage roller door, AND/OR window frames window shuttlers. WE ARE FLEXIBLE - DEPENDING What you prefer to paint. - we cover all paint and expenses costs - please note for high sections, scissor lift will be on site. but we only require tasker to help will ground floor painting if that's what you'd prefer. This is what I need done High pressure cleaning of house exterior, carport concrete, deck and deck stairs, white painted balustrade( also will need hand cleaning), outdoor setting on deck - 1 x table and 8 x chairs, back garden area red brickwork - this beds to be done with pool acid, scrubbed and high pressure hosed, additional outdoor setting, back exterior of house, small Guinea pig house This is a full days work as there is a lot to do!! We need our roof painted in preparation of selling the property. We have the paint purchased already and someone with experience painting roofs. It’s approx 15x10m. I will clean the roof so it’s a good surface to paint on. Any time this week or weekend suits. We understand it might need a primer but happy with painting it so it looks fresh as going to market in a week. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 13 May 2023

We need 6 external window frames and 4 doors (back door and 3 internal doors) painted white. The window frames will need to be sanded back and painted and the doors can be painted over the current paint. Back door is timber and to be painted white. I have attached photos and any questions let me know. I believe Wednesday or Thursday is good weather but flexible with a day this week.
