Looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter to: 1. Install skirting board on a small wall section (approx. 1.6 m wide). 2. Patch the plasterboard behind where old skirting was removed — section has a couple of cutouts and cosmetic damage. 3. Prep the area for painting (light sanding + caulking to smooth the surface).

Paint besser block warehouse wall. 4.8m high approx, 32m long. Includes columns. Electrician will turn off all power. Scrape, pressure clean, prime if required and 2 coats. Tasker to provide all paint, ladders, pressure cleaner, everything required for the job.

Blue wall has a cupboard attached to it (including a mirror attached to the cupboard) and this needs to be removed from the wall. This wall eill then need prepping for paint. White undercoat and final paint will be provided. We also need stairs and wall (marked in red x )painted as well. Undercoat has been applied, it just needs a final coat.

Looking for someone to sand back this textured wall so we can paint it. It is lightly textured we just don’t have the sanding equipment. I’d say it’s about 2.5m x 2.5m of wall.

I am looking for someone to sand back this wall as the current paint is textured. There will also be a picture hanging small hook to patch up. I then need the person to repaint (base coat and top coats) the colour to match the existing walls (an off white colour). I will provide the paint colours (including base coat) but will need the person to bring all other materials like paint brushed, ladder, drop sheets, sander etc. There may be potential for other paint jobs in the house in the near future. The walls are tall (maybe 2.5m high) but not too wide (perhaps 2.5m wide max). Appreciate that this will need to be done over two days.
