Had to repost my task as I went to the property and realised more needs to be done. PAINT IS PROVIDED The main wall ( one wall) was patched and painted but is very obvious with different textures needs to be sanded and repainted I think. The rest are all smalls patch and paints from hanging pictures . There is probably around 15 of them on different walls .

I do not want anything cleaned except the walls maintained. I rent a newer style house and everything is white and would like the walls to stay crisp and white. Mainly entry way/ staircase but there may sometimes be some other walls also. I need assistance with draught-proofing two balcony doors located in two separate bedrooms upstairs. ‼️The Issue: When there is a considerable wind outside, we can clearly feel the wind coming into both bedrooms through the gaps around the balcony doors. We have converted a playroom into a bedroom on second storey. Need a door way built to close it up. The existing gap is 1320mm wide by 2130mm high.
